Blueprint to walkthrough

Every project moves through the same frames: massing study, material pass, lighting, then a guided walkthrough your sales team can hand a buyer on a phone.

How a Studio project runs

  1. 01

    Scope

Drawings, references, and the decision the render has to win.

  2. 02

    Block-out

Grey-box massing and camera angles approved before we texture.

  3. 03

    Render

Materials, lighting, and photoreal stills at the resolutions you need.

  4. 04

    Motion

Walkthrough or explainer cut, Arabic-subtitled where it sells.

  5. 05

    Handover

Web, social, and presentation exports your team can reuse.

Studio questions, answered

Still deciding where to start? Send a note and we'll point you to the right next step.

Ask on WhatsApp

Do you work from our CAD or BIM files?

Yes. Hand over Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or IFC and we build from your source geometry — no re-modelling guesswork.

Can the walkthroughs run on a phone?

Every motion deliverable is exported mobile-first, because that is where your buyer in Riyadh or Jeddah will actually watch it.

Is the Arabic subtitling reviewed?

Arabic on any public-facing cut goes through a native reviewer before it ships. We never publish machine-subtitled Arabic.

Do you only do real estate?

No. Property and developments are the core, but the same pipeline covers product demos, equipment training, and explainer motion.

Have a project that's easier to show than to explain?

Send the drawings or the brief. We'll tell you what the render pipeline looks like and what it costs.
